Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actress from America. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actress in Bad Boys in 1983. In the years since, she's appeared on WarGames in 1985, The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. She began her film career with the crime drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s, for which she received a lot of praise. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other popular actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Her first success led her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is considered as among most memorable films of high school cinema. Though the budget was only $1 million, its profits surpassed $50 million. The actress also appeared on a number of television shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent program. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows she appeared in. Recent appearances include Little Sister, a film about a super hero in which Sheedy plays an appearance in a minor role. Sheedy received numerous awards in 2005 due to her performance. She also received the an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
