Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Reykjavik in Iceland. She's the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the only female ever to win in the CrossFit Games two times. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion, and a popular media figure. She was the first female winner of the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. Also, she was credited with taking home both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was brought up by her parents at Reykjavik Iceland. When she was a kid she was an avid enthusiast of fitness and sports. She took part in a variety of school competitions and was awarded a variety of medals. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit competitions in California where she performed relatively good in her first games. Annie Thorisdottir is 31, (by the year 2021). She's 5'7 and weighs around 67kg. Annie began CrossFit training in California in 2009. Her performance was impressive in her initial games. She was at the top of the list in 70 athletes. The team was unable to earn any titles, and ended up 11th in the final rankings. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's direction. In her second year of competition that she took part again in CrossFit Games. Due to her incredible performance she became the very first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie was again the winner of her first CrossFit Games because of her extraordinary performance. She became the first woman to win two CrossFit Games consecutively. In addition, she was awarded a medal of silver in 2014 as well as a medal of bronze in CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face for numerous brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs and Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and Sidekick Yerbae. Her own Youtube channel named "Annie", with over a thousand followers. It is the channel the channel where she posts videos on the diet of her training, life with family and traveling.
